These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” “Driver,” “Carrier,” “Extra Help/MOOV Crew,” or “you”) and Moovr Technologies Inc., a federally incorporated corporation operating in Ontario, Canada (“MOOVR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing, using, booking services through, or participating on the MOOVR platform, website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

MOOVR does not directly provide transportation services, moving services, or labor services unless explicitly stated otherwise. Drivers and MOOV Crew members operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of MOOVR.

Optional Ride-Along Services

Certain services may allow customers to request optional ride-along participation with a Driver during active bookings. Ride-along participation:

  • Is entirely optional
  • Is subject to Driver approval and discretion
  • Is not guaranteed as part of any booking
  • May involve an additional ride-along fee

MOOVR may recommend a standard ride-along fee, typically $25 CAD, which may be processed through the Platform. Where applicable:

  • MOOVR may retain a platform administration fee from the ride-along payment
  • The remaining portion may be paid to the participating Driver

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

Final pricing may differ from initial estimates based on actual service conditions. All payments are processed electronically through approved third-party payment providers.
